Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a Technical Program Manager to drive the Epic Factory AI Program and other cross-application initiatives. You will translate complex business needs into optimized workflows, lead high-visibility projects, and collaborate with IT leadership and business units to achieve operational excellence.

Epic certification is required, and experience with Epic applications plus healthcare standards is essential. Remote work options exist with some on-site collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• Epic certification is required (e.g., Ambulatory, Orders, ClinDoc, etc.).
• Experience translating business requirements into streamlined workflows.
• Ability to lead high-visibility projects from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of the Epic Factory AI Program.
• Manage cross-application strategic initiatives under IT leadership.
