Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Technical Program Manager to develop and administer our Epic Factory AI Program and cross-application strategic initiatives under IT leadership. Epic EHR certification and hands-on experience across core applications are required.

You will translate complex business requirements into optimized workflows, lead high-visibility projects, and collaborate with executives and technical teams to drive adoption and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Epic clinical application certification required.
• 7 years in progressively responsible information systems experience with technical or project management exposure.
• Translate complex business requirements into streamlined workflows.
• Communicate effectively across management levels and executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer the Epic Factory AI Program and cross-application strategic initiatives.
• Lead coordination of project activities and provide technical direction to the team.
• Mentor IT staff in workflow and functionality around new systems.
• Manage business relationships, portfolio/demand planning, and risk mitigation.
