Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead the Epic Factory AI Program and other cross-application initiatives under IT leadership. The role requires Epic clinical applications certification and extensive information systems/PM experience.

You will translate complex business requirements into optimized workflows, drive adoption, and communicate with executives to ensure strategic value and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Epic clinical applications certification required (Ambulatory, Orders, ClinDoc, etc.)
• 7+ years in information systems with technical or project management exposure
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into streamlined, optimized workflows
• Strong communication across all management levels to explain business value and adoption
• Creative problem solver who can redesign workflows to improve efficiency and user experience

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-visibility projects from concept through execution
• Develop and administer Epic Factory AI Program and cross-application initiatives
• Coordinate with IT leadership and business units to align technology with business goals
• Mentor team members and drive adoption of new systems and processes
• Define measurable outcomes and manage project scope and risk
