Advocate Health is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the Epic Factory AI Program and cross-application strategic initiatives under the AVP of Clinical Applications for Strategic Projects & AI. Epic certification and hands-on experience across core Epic modules are required.

You will translate complex business requirements into streamlined workflows, manage high‑visibility projects, drive change management, and mentor IT teams.

Qualifications

• Epic certification required (e.g., Ambulatory, Orders, ClinDoc)
• Experience leading complex, high-visibility IT projects
• Ability to translate business requirements into optimized workflows

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer Epic Factory AI Program and cross-application initiatives
• Communicate effectively with executives and technical analysts; build relationships
• Lead projects from concept to execution; monitor progress and outcomes
• Drive change management and adoption; mentor IT teams and analysts
• Create business process mappings showing interdependencies and workflow optimization
