Advocate Health seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead the Epic Factory AI Program and drive strategic cross-application initiatives under IT leadership. The role requires Epic certification and hands-on experience across core Epic applications.

The candidate will translate complex requirements into optimized workflows, communicate across executives and technical staff, and mentor teams to deliver high-visibility projects with measurable outcomes.

Qualificações

• Epic certification required (e.g., Ambulatory, Orders, ClinDoc, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• 7+ years in progressively responsible information systems experience with technical or project management exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and administer the Epic Factory AI Program and cross-application initiatives under IT leadership.
• Lead coordinating and monitoring of project activities with technical direction to the team.
• Mentor and coach IT staff on workflows and new systems.
• Drive adoption and sustained process improvements through change management.
