Qualifications
- Epic clinical application certification required (e.g., Ambulatory, Orders, ClinDoc, etc.).
- 7+ years in progressively responsible information systems or project management roles.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into optimized workflows.
- Strong communication skills across executives to technical analysts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and administer our Epic Factory AI Program and cross-application initiatives.
- Lead complex, high-visibility projects from concept through execution.
- Mentor IT team and coordinate with IT leadership and business units.
- Measure benefits and drive adoption of new systems and processes.
