Deloitte is seeking a DT-US PMO Operations Manager to lead the PMO Operations team within the OCIO. You will own processes, tools and reporting, serve as the ServiceNow SPM process owner, and design AI and automation solutions to improve efficiency across program management.

As sole leader of the Operations team, you will manage budget, resources, performance reviews, and training. This remote role offers travel 0-10% and requires strong PM leadership across large IT initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Project/Program Management experience in large IT initiatives using PMBOK/Prince2.
• 3+ years of full lifecycle IT project management including business case development.
• Recent experience using generative AI tools to improve program reporting or process efficiency.
• 1+ year of people/process management overseeing PMs and coordinators.
• 3+ years of project/program financial management (planning, budgeting, forecasting).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent education.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the PMO Operations team, ensuring service quality and direction.
• Budget and resource management across programs to ensure coverage.
• Own the performance management cycle for the PMO team.
• Identify learning opportunities and manage certification requirements (e.g., PMP).
• Own portfolio reporting and deliver timely, accurate insight into program status.
• Maintain PMO governance standards and processes.
• Serve as the ServiceNow SPM process owner and administrator.
• Design AI and automation solutions to improve efficiency in reporting and planning.
• Travel 0-10%, predominantly remote with option to work from home or Deloitte office.
