Job summary

Deloitte in the DT-US Office of the CIO PMO team seeks a Manager who will apply leading program and project management practices to enable world-class delivery of major internal technology programs. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, develop audience-specific dashboards, and enforce standardized PMO methodologies across portfolios.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project/program management on large, complex IT initiatives.
• Experience in SAFe/Agile project management.
• Experience mentoring PMs and coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end IT projects and programs across multiple portfolios.
• Track portfolio financials and provide governance dashboards.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues with escalation paths.
• Develop and maintain master schedules and resource plans.
• Communicate program status to sponsors and executives.
