Job summary

Deloitte Technology-US is seeking a Manager to lead the PMO Operations team, owning processes, tools, and reporting that provide timely portfolio insights to DT-US leaders. You will manage the PMO’s ServiceNow SPM module, design AI solutions to improve efficiency, and maintain governance for program delivery across DT-US.

You will also lead talent development, budget oversight, and stakeholder communications while ensuring quality and continuous improvement in PMO service delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Project/Program Management
• 3+ years of experience managing full lifecycle IT projects
• Recent experience using generative AI tools for program reporting or process efficiency
• 1+ year of people/process management experience
• 3+ years of project/program financial management
• Ability to travel 0-10%, predominantly remote with option to work from home or Deloitte office

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO Operations team and own service quality.
• Budget and resource management across the PMO Operations team.
• Own the performance management cycle for the PMO team.
• Oversee and manage certification requirements (e.g., PMP) for the PMO team.
• Own portfolio reporting and provide timely insights to senior leaders.
• Serve as the ServiceNow SPM process owner and administer the module.
