Deloitte Technology-US (DT-US) Office of the CIO PMO seeks a Manager to drive program and project management practices, enabling world‑class delivery of major internal technology programs.

The DT-US PMO supports IT initiatives spanning AI, Cloud, and Cyber while reporting to the US OCIO Leader. This role emphasizes governance, budgeting, risk management, and cross‑functional leadership to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of PM/Program Mgmt experience on large IT initiatives.
• 3+ years leading SAFe/Agile programs with business case development.
• 1+ year of people management overseeing PMs and coordinators.
• 3+ years in project/program financial management and budgeting.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Business or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel 0–10%; mostly remote with option to office.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-risk, complex programs.
• Manage issues, risk, remediation plans, and escalations.
• Oversee IT projects: software, cloud, data migrations, integrations.
• Develop strong business knowledge of units, portfolios, products.
• Coordinate resources and resolve allocation conflicts.
• Create master schedules and drive collaboration across teams.
• Oversee junior PMs and offshore teams for timely delivery.
• Monitor project performance with delivery metrics and reports.
• Communicate status to sponsors, CIO advisors, and leadership.
