Job summary

Deloitte in the US DT-US OCIO PMO is seeking a Manager to drive program and project management across internal technology programs. You will enable delivery through PMO practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead budget reporting, risk, and stakeholder communications.

You will guide software development, cloud migrations, and system integrations, while overseeing junior PMs and offshore resources.

Qualifications

Experience leading large, cross-functional IT programs.
Strong SAFe/Agile governance and planning experience.
Bachelor's degree in CS or Business Admin required.
Willingness to travel up to 10% and work remotely.
Experience with budgets, forecasting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Support portfolio financial reporting including budget tracking and forecasting.
Drive cross-functional teams on high-risk programs and projects.
Lead risk management, remediation plans, and escalations.
Manage IT projects: software, cloud, integrations, data migrations.
Develop program master schedules and resource plans.
Oversee PMO junior resources and offshore teams.
Prepare reports and dashboards for sponsors and CIO leadership.
Monitor budgets and take corrective actions as needed.
Promote best practices and continuous process improvement.
