Job summary

Deloitte Technology-US (DT-US) is seeking a PMO Operations Manager to lead the PMO Operations team and own processes, tools, and reporting that provide portfolio status, risks, and decisions to DT-US leaders.

You will serve as the ServiceNow SPM process owner, design AI/automation solutions for efficiency, and maintain reusable PMO templates and governance frameworks used across DT-US. You will also support short-term critical needs and oversee talent development.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of PM/PMO experience with IT initiatives using structured methodologies.
• 3+ years managing full lifecycle IT projects including business cases and plans.
• Experience using generative AI tools to improve program reporting or processes.
• 1+ year of people/process management and mentoring PMs or coordinators.
• 3+ years in project/program financial management with budgeting and planning.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Business or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 0–10% and work remotely with possible Deloitte office access.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO Operations team and own processes, tools, and reporting for portfolio status.
• Governance and ServiceNow SPM ownership, with AI/automation initiatives.
• Manage budget, resources, and performance of the PMO team.
• Oversee training, certification needs (e.g., PMP) and stakeholder communications.
• Deliver timely insights to senior leaders through portfolio reporting.
• Support process improvements and knowledge management across DT-US.
