Job summary

Deloitte US DT-US Office of the CIO PMO is seeking a Manager to drive program and project management practices for major internal technology programs, including AI, Cloud, and Cyber initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and mitigate risks, partnering with senior leaders to deliver high-impact outcomes while promoting continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Project/Program Management on large IT initiatives.
• 3+ years SAFe/Agile project leadership.
• 1+ year people management experience supervising PMs.
• 3+ years financial management (planning, forecasting, budgeting).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent.
• Travel 0–10% and mostly remote with option to work from home/office.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and spend-to-plan reporting.
• Drive cross-functional teams for high-risk, complex programs/projects.
• Lead issue/risk management, remediation plans, and escalations across projects.
• Lead IT projects including software, cloud migrations, data migrations, and system integrations.
• Develop detailed program master schedules and resource plans.
• Communicate program status to sponsors and leadership; track performance metrics.
• Oversee delivery by PMO junior resources and offshore teams.
