Job summary

Deloitte in the US DT-US PMO seeks an Operations Manager to lead the PMO Operations team, own processes, tools, and reporting, and serve as the ServiceNow SPM process owner.

You will design AI and automation to create efficiency, maintain reusable templates and governance, and partner with senior leaders to deliver timely, accurate portfolio insight and decisions.

The role is predominantly remote with travel 0-10%, and offers the option to work from home or a Deloitte office.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Project/Program Management using PMBOK/Prince2.
• 3+ years of experience managing full lifecycle IT projects including strategy, business case, and implementation.
• Recent experience using generative AI tools to improve program reporting or process efficiency.
• 1+ year of people/process management experience.
• 3+ years of project/program financial management including planning, forecasting, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Ability to travel 0-10% (remote work option available).
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the PMO Operations team as its sole leader, providing direction and performance feedback.
• Manage the PMO Operations budget and resource assignments to ensure coverage across programs.
• Own the performance management cycle for the PMO team.
• Identify learning and development opportunities and manage certification requirements (e.g., PMP).
• Own recurring PMO team communications, including monthly all-hands and events.
• Own portfolio-level reporting with program managers to deliver timely insight on status, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Maintain PMO governance standards and processes across DT-US.
• Serve as process owner and administrator for ServiceNow SPM module.
• Design AI and automation solutions to improve reporting, planning and knowledge management.
• Develop and maintain reusable PM assets and governance frameworks.
• Step into short-term critical needs to stand up PM processes and tooling.
• Evaluate current PMO processes and recommend improvements.
• Interact with senior leaders and prepare PMO strategy presentations.
• Evaluate and maintain quality management standards within the PMO.
• Travel 0-10%: predominantly remote with option of Deloitte office.
