Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts and software engineers.
• Oversee daily support operations and incident management for clinical and provider applications.
• Collaborate with clinical and provider leadership to prioritize work and meet client expectations.
• Manage vendor relationships and service-level agreements (SLAs).
