• Extensive experience in program management delivering large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership to guide cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills for managing multiple programs.
• Proficiency in project management tools, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Exceptional communication skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.
