Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT operations or related technology leadership roles.
• Experience leading major incident response or crisis management activities.
• Experience with DevOps, enterprise integrations, supply chain systems, or regulated platforms.
• Strong ITSM knowledge in incident, problem, and service delivery.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple parallel workstreams.
• Excellent communication with executives and business leaders.
• Experience managing offshore teams and vendor relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide incident management for critical systems.
• Serve as primary escalation leader during high-priority incidents and coordinate restoration efforts.
• Direct cross-functional teams including SAP ATTP, SAP Basis, OTC, Portal, WMS, Integration, Infrastructure.
• Develop and execute platform operations strategies aligned with security, compliance, and business priorities.
• Own executive communications with clear business-impact updates.
• Guide platform governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations leaders to assess customer impact and communicate with strategic customers and executives.
• Drive platform reliability, scalability, automation, and vendor performance across ecosystems.
