For our client, we are seeking a Manager IT, Platform Production Support, Clinical & Provider to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will lead production support for clinical and provider-facing applications, ensuring stable daily operations, timely incident response, and effective issue resolution. The manager will partner closely with business leadership, technical teams, and external vendors to prioritize work, align service expectations, and support ongoing platform improvements. This is a highly collaborative role focused on operational excellence, client service, and reliable delivery across a complex application environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $118,400 - $196,800 annually
