Job summary

HealthEdge seeks an IT Technical Operations Manager to plan, coordinate, and streamline technology delivery for customer-facing operations. You will lead production support for core systems, drive incident resolution, and manage SLA reporting with on-call responsibilities across time zones.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in production support, strong governance experience, and familiarity with payer platforms and SaaS deployments. Remote-ready, full-time role in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business or technical field.
• 6+ years’ experience managing a mid to large size customer facing production support environment.
• Experience in delivery management and customer partner interaction.
• Experience with healthcare payer platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational excellence for technology delivery.
• Timely generation of SLA/Operational reports to customers and management.
• Drive issue resolution and root cause analysis for incidents.
• Manage day to day production support for a mid-size HealthPlan including core systems.
• Drive customer calls and priorities.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and leadership; on-call after hours.
