Job summary

HealthEdge Software, Inc. is seeking an IT Technical Operations Manager to lead production support for customer-facing technology delivery.

You will manage operational excellence, drive incident resolution, and coordinate with onshore/offshore teams to ensure timely, reliable service. Ideal candidates will have 6+ years in production support leadership, strong experience with service management and SLA tracking, and a background in healthcare payer platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or technical field or commensurate experience in the field.
• 6+ years’ experience managing a mid to large size customer facing production support environment.
• Experience with onshore/offshore delivery models and customer partner interaction.
• Strong experience with service management, SLA tracking and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational excellence for technology delivery.
• Generate SLA/Operational reports for customers and management.
• Drive incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Oversee production support for a mid-size HealthPlan and related systems.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and lead customer calls.
• Plan system maintenance and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with codes of conduct and regulatory requirements.
