Progressive Insurance is seeking an IT manager on the Enterprise Development Capabilities & Services (EDCS) team to lead a group that advances software delivery tools and the reporting ecosystem. The role oversees platform roadmaps, governance, and vendor partnerships to deliver enterprise-wide capabilities.

You will sponsor cross-functional initiatives across architecture, infrastructure, security, and engineering, ensuring successful delivery and a thriving, innovative team in a remote setting

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of work experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or Business with at least 1 year of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team that advances software delivery tools and the reporting ecosystem.
• Oversee governance, vendor relationships, and licensing investments.
