Mission Underwriting Services is seeking a Delivery Manager to coordinate and manage the successful delivery of projects, products, and technology initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure initiatives are completed on time and within scope.

You will maintain department roadmaps, track risks, and provide clear progress updates to stakeholders. This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work remotely while delivering

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of delivery or project management experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Knowledge of project delivery methodologies and best practices.

Mansioni

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of assigned products, services, and technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope and quality expectations.
• Coordinate activities across technology, operations, business, vendor, and other cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and track deliverables, risks and issues through completion.
• Proactively identify delivery risks, resource constraints, competing priorities, and potential delays.
• Develop mitigation plans and elevate significant delivery concerns to stakeholders.
• Partner with business and technology teams to clarify requirements, priorities, acceptance criteria, and delivery expectations.
• Develop and refine processes to create more efficient and repeatable project delivery.
• Monitor resource utilization and communicate variances.
