Job summary

Visionary Integration Professionals (VIP) is seeking an IT Manager to lead IT operations for a remote US-based role. You will oversee daily IT activities, networks, security, and project delivery while aligning with business goals.

You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, compliance (SOC2), and support staff and customers. Requires 5+ years as IT Manager, BA/BS preferred; compensation ranges from $130,000 to $150,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Manager.
• Excellent management and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• BA or BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT Operations: manage daily IT department operations.
• Network Management: maintain and upgrade network infrastructure.
• Security: implement and monitor security measures to protect data and systems.
• Technical Support: provide staff and customer support for hardware, software, and network.
• Project Management: lead IT projects, migrations, and upgrades.
• Vendor Management: coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software, and services.
• Budgeting: manage IT budget and resources.
• Compliance: ensure SOC2 and other standards compliance.
• Cross Team Communication: coordinate projects across teams.
