Visionary Integration Professionals is seeking an IT Manager to lead the IT function remotely. You will supervise IT operations, manage networks, security, vendor relations, and project delivery while aligning technology with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Manager.
• Excellent management and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work as an individual contributor and team player.
• BA or BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT Operations: Manage the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring systems run smoothly and efficiently.
• Network Management: Maintain and upgrade network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.
• Security: Implement and monitor security measures to protect data and systems from cyber threats.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to staff and customers, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network.
• Project Management: Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software, and services.
• Budgeting: Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Example: SOC2
• Cross Team Communication: Able to communicate across the different teams and coordinate projects and tasks.
