Qualifications

• Experience as an early member of IT, Corporate IT, or Security Operations during significant growth.
• Hands-on depth in IAM, endpoint management, and workflow automation.
• Working grasp of SaaS governance, vendor/license management, audits, and incident response.
• Strong foundational understanding of security principles and how controls map to risk.
• Ability to weigh progress against perfection and prioritize improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own identity and access management, including provisioning, role design, and access reviews.
• Lead endpoint management strategy and automation across the device fleet.
• Manage SaaS governance, including vendor evaluation, software licensing, and renewals.
• Support audit, certification, and compliance activities with Finance, People, and Business Systems.
• Coordinate incident response procedures from detection to post-incident learning.
• Implement data protection controls and ensure traceability for sensitive actions.
