The role reports to the CTO and partners with Business Systems, People, and Finance to replace ad-hoc processes with automation, governance, and modern security defaults that scale as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Experience scaling IT, corporate IT, or security operations in a growing organisation.
• Hands-on depth in identity and access, endpoint management, and automation.
• SaaS governance, vendor/licence management, audits, data protection.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end identity and access management, including joiner/mover/leaver automation.
• Lead SaaS governance, including vendor consolidation, licence rationalisation, and tool inventory hygiene.
• Drive endpoint management and security posture across a distributed device fleet.
• Build continuous audit readiness through evidence collection and clearer controls.
• Champion modern IT practice including automation and AI-assisted operations.
• Translate security and IT risks into proportionate, business-aware decisions and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
