United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our security operations program. You will partner with Security Engineering, Platform Security, IT, GRC, and Legal to strengthen detection and response capabilities across the org.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in security operations, incident response, or related function.
• Hands-on experience building and automating detection and response workflows using scripting, APIs, or security automation platforms.
• Deep expertise with SIEM and SOAR technologies in a cloud-native or SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated success building, scaling, or improving a detection and response program.
• Experience leading complex security incidents and coordinating with Legal, Privacy, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own security monitoring and incident response program end-to-end.
• Build and automate security operations workflows with SOAR and custom tooling.
• Develop incident response playbooks, escalation procedures, and comms plans.
• Lead tabletop exercises, red team engagements, and capability assessments.
• Improve SIEM/SOAR effectiveness by reducing noise and gaps.
• Operationalize threat intelligence to identify adversary behavior and prioritize investments.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, and Communications on breach response obligations.
• Drive ops strategy via vendor management and cross-functional initiatives across IAM, vulnerability management, and DLP.
