Vori Health Inc. is seeking an IT Operations Specialist IAM (100% Remote) to own day-to-day access control, manage Entra ID tenants, and mature IAM practices in a healthcare setting.

You will collaborate across security, compliance, and IT teams to ensure secure, reliable technology experiences for employees and clinicians. The role emphasizes hands-on execution, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while supporting a distributed, remote workforce and ensuring HIPAA/compliance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT Operations, Security, or Access Control.
• Experience administering Entra ID or similar cloud IAM.
• Experience supporting remote-first or distributed teams.
• Strong troubleshooting across SaaS applications, endpoints, and identity systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience operating in regulated environments (healthcare, fintech, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT Access Control and IAM practices.
• Serve as escalation point for complex IT issues.
• Help mature IT Identity and Access Management across the organization.
• Support remote workforce and clinician workflows.
• Create and maintain IT documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
• Contribute to tooling evaluations and ITSM improvements.
