Job summary

Vori Health is seeking an IT Operations Specialist IAM to own day-to-day access control and help mature IAM practices across a nationwide remote organization, enabling secure, compliant clinical workflows.

You will work hands-on with Entra ID, RBAC, MFA, and SAML/OIDC, collaborating with teams to ensure reliable, scalable IT services for clinicians and staff.

This role supports a remote-first healthcare tech environment and offers a remote work setup with a focus on identity and security.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT Operations, Security, or Access Control.
• Strong experience administering Entra ID or similar cloud IAM solution.
• Experience supporting remote-first or distributed teams.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across SaaS applications, endpoints, and identity systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience operating in regulated environments (healthcare, fintech, or similar)

Responsibilities

• Systems Ownership & Administration: Manage Entra ID tenants, users, groups, licenses, and directory integrations.
• Access Management & Governance: Implement RBAC, manage identity lifecycles, and perform access reviews.
• Security & Authentication: Configure PIM, Conditional Access, MFA, and SAML/OIDC SSO integrations for SaaS apps.
• Messaging Applications: Administer Teams/Slack/Zoom settings, access, and integrations.
• Business Applications: Configure Access Management for business applications and automate onboarding/offboarding.
• Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Own end-to-end onboarding/offboarding processes and provisioning.
• IT Operations & End-User Support: Escalation point for complex IT issues, ensure high availability of core IT systems.
• Process Improvement & Documentation: Create runbooks, SOPs, and mature access management practices.
