Job summary

Vori Health is hiring an IT Operations Specialist to own day-to-day IT Access Control, manage Entra ID tenants, and mature identity governance across the organization. The role blends hands-on IT work with process improvements in a healthcare setting, ensuring secure, reliable tech for clinicians and staff.

You will configure MFA, RBAC, PIM, and SSO for SaaS apps, support remote teams, and align with HITRUST/HIPAA standards. Remote work options available for a distributed workforce.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT Operations, Security, or Access Control experience.
• Strong experience administering Entra ID or similar cloud IAM solution.
• Experience supporting remote-first or distributed teams.
• Experience working in regulated environments (healthcare, fintech, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT Access Control and Entra ID administration.
• Serve as escalation point for complex IT issues and mature IAM practices.
• Configure and maintain MFA, PIM, RBAC, and SSO integrations for SaaS apps.
• Manage access governance, lifecycle events, and access reviews.
• Support secure and compliant access and application delivery for clinicians and staff.
• Create and maintain IT documentation and runbooks.
