Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience administering identity and access management platforms and directory services (Okta, Azure AD, AD).
• Experience automating identity lifecycle management and RBAC.
• Experience configuring Jira/JSM workflows and dashboards.
• Scripting and automation skills in PowerShell or Python; API usage.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage automated identity lifecycle processes across cloud and business apps.
• Design and optimize Jira/JSM workflows, intake processes, dashboards, and reporting.
• Develop onboarding automation coordinating IT, HR, and managers.
• Engineer and support the VDI environment with standardized images and delivery processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual IT processes and integrate systems via APIs.
