Job summary

Openkrill is seeking an IT Operations Coordinator to support internal technology coordination, administrative operations, and cross-functional process improvements as the company scales.

Fully remote role, available to candidates globally, with standard U.S. business hours aligned to the client base. You will work with leadership and an outsourced IT provider to ensure timely support and continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Executive Support, IT Administration, Office Management, or a related role.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace environments.
• Experience coordinating with third-party vendors or outsourced IT providers is preferred.
• Previous experience supporting executive leadership in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional operational projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee technology support and onboarding/offboarding activities.
• Provide executive and administrative support to leadership, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
• Lead cross-functional projects using Asana or similar platforms and track timelines.
• Manage HR administration and vendor relationships, including contracts and renewals.
• Support general operations and drive process improvements across teams.
