Partner Company seeks a Remote Recruiter for IT and Non-IT roles, based in India. You will source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for domestic and international assignments using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other tools.

The role emphasizes KPI-driven performance and close collaboration with an internal team. This is a full-time, 100% remote position with working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in recruitment or sourcing.
• Experience with recruitment consultancies or staffing agencies preferred.
• Strong Boolean search and proactive candidate sourcing techniques.
• Practical experience with platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri.
• Able to interpret job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
• Excellent screening, interviewing, and follow-up skills.
• Experience using ATS; Zoho Recruit is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Independently source qualified candidates via Boolean searches, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
• Analyze job descriptions to identify candidates matching skills, experience, location, and salary expectations.
• Manage IT and Non-IT recruitment requirements across various industries.
• Review and screen applications received through the recruitment portal.
• Conduct preliminary screening calls to assess qualifications and interest.
• Verify candidate information (CTC, notice period, experience, availability).
• Submit accurate, screened candidate profiles to the internal team.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for assigned roles.
• Maintain candidate records, sourcing data, screening notes, and feedback in Zoho Recruit.
