Naukri Mitra is seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter for a fully remote role in the United States. You will lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns, build a strong talent pipeline, and partner with hiring managers to fill roles across functions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of sourcing experience and proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.

Responsabilités

• Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Job Postings and Branding: Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms to ensure visibility.
• Candidate Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers; provide feedback to candidates.
• Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members; provide market insights.
• Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs; track recruitment metrics.
• Onboarding Support: Coordinate onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
