Job summary

Vrinda Nexus International Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for a fully remote Recruiter role.

The position is a full-time remote engagement with core duties spanning candidate sourcing, screening, and submission for IT and non-IT mandates across domestic and international markets. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, strong Boolean search skills, and proficiency with platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri. Zoho Recruit experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience with recruitment consultancies preferred.
• Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills.
• Hands-on with LinkedIn, Naukri and similar platforms.
• Good understanding of IT and Non-IT job requirements.
• Excellent candidate screening and follow-up skills.
• Ability to interpret JDs and identify suitable candidates.
• Experience with ATS platforms; Zoho Recruit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source relevant candidates through Boolean search, LinkedIn, Naukri and other platforms.
• Identify candidates matching required skills, experience, location and salary criteria.
• Handle IT and Non-IT recruitment across industries.
• Review and screen applications via the company portal.
• Conduct preliminary screening calls and assess suitability.
• Verify candidate details, including CTC and notice period.
• Submit screened profiles to in-house team.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
• Maintain candidate records and sourcing feedback in Zoho Recruit.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sourcing and submission targets.
• Coordinate with recruitment team to improve submission quality.
