Job summary

Ladders is seeking an IT Manager to join a leader in Manufacturing & Automotive space. The role oversees day-to-day technology operations, infrastructure, and end-user support, guiding a small team while strengthening security to support reliable business performance.

The position focuses on technology planning, project execution, and cross-functional support for facility operations. Remote-US based; visa sponsorship not available. Competitive compensation of $100,000–$120,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience in infrastructure, systems, networking, and end-user technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong cybersecurity and IT security best practices knowledge.
• Experience mentoring a small IT team.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, and end-user technology.
• Lead and mentor a small IT team, providing technical direction.
• Administer Microsoft Windows Server environments, including versions 2008 and newer.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID for user accounts and identity security.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for device management and endpoint security.
• Oversee Cisco Meraki network infrastructure, including firewalls and switches.
• Establish IT security best practices and monitor systems for security alerts.
