Creative Financial Staffing is recruiting an Infrastructure Manager for a manufacturing client in the United States. The role oversees strategy and daily operations of network, storage, compute, and cloud infrastructure, leading a team of engineers.

Hybrid schedule with travel; compensation is $120,000-$145,000 plus bonus. Requires 5+ years in IT infrastructure, including leadership, with expertise in Azure/M365, Windows Server/AD, and enterprise networking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure, including management or technical lead.
• Experience with enterprise networking, virtualization, Windows Server/Active Directory, and hybrid cloud (Azure/M365).
• Experience supporting manufacturing environments with uptime-critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and daily operations for network, storage, compute, and cloud infrastructure.
• Manage a team of infrastructure engineers and administrators.
• Maintain the performance, security, and availability of on-prem and cloud systems (Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization).
• Ensure disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity plans are tested and up to date.
• Partner with cybersecurity and application teams, evaluate new technologies, and manage vendor relationships and budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER

• Lead the strategy and daily operations for network, storage, compute, and cloud infrastructure

• Experience supporting multi-site or manufacturing environments with uptime-critical systems
