Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Inventory Management Manager to own inventory strategy for allocated categories, focusing on planning discipline, stock health, and cross-functional decisions. The role partners with operations, supply chain, and suppliers to support distribution objectives and measurable outcomes.

Location is remote for US-based candidates with no visa sponsorship. Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $150,000 annually and includes remote-flexibility and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 5–8 years in inventory management, supply chain operations, or category mgmt.
• Proven ownership of inventory strategy with measurable P&L outcomes.
• Strong command of inventory planning principles and techniques.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and ERP/inventory planning systems.
• Excellent communication to translate strategy into actions.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory strategy and decision-making for assigned categories.
• Use SKU selection tool and maintain stocking workflow.
• Analyze stock turnover and govern replenishment orders.
• Lead dead stock reduction and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Align inventory actions with broader distribution strategies.
• Manage supplier engagement for inventory coordination and agreements.
• Contribute to quality management systems.
