Job summary

Ladders is seeking an IT Manager to join a leader in Manufacturing & Automotive space. The role oversees day-to-day technology operations, infrastructure, and end-user support, guiding a small team while strengthening security to support reliable business performance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive IT experience in infrastructure, systems, networking, and end-user technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong cybersecurity and IT security best practices knowledge.
  • Experience mentoring a small IT team.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

For our client, we are seeking a IT Manager to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will oversee day-to-day technology operations, infrastructure, and end-user support across the organization. The IT Manager will guide a small team while strengthening systems, identity, device, and network security to support reliable business performance. This position also plays a key role in technology planning, project execution, and cross-functional support for facility operations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annually
