Job summary

Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the organization’s technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, and end-user support.

The role leads a small IT team while actively supporting and administering the IT environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft technologies, network infrastructure, endpoint management, cybersecurity, and cloud-based identity and device management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• 5+ years managing IT infrastructure, security, and end-user tech.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations across infrastructure, systems, and end-user tech.
• Lead and mentor a small IT team with technical direction.
• Administer Windows Server environments (2008+).
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID and user access controls.
• Administer Intune for device management and security.
• Oversee Cisco Meraki network infrastructure and security.
• Monitor Defender and endpoint protection; enforce patching and access controls.
• Maintain IT security best practices, data protection, and compliance.
• Oversee backups, DR, and business continuity processes.
• Maintain IT documentation, diagrams, and records.
• Lead IT projects, upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements.
• Assist with IT budgeting, procurement, and vendor management.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve security, efficiency, and user experience.
