Job summary

Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our technology infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and end-user support. You will lead a small IT team while actively supporting and administering the IT environment.

The ideal candidate will be strong with Microsoft technologies, network infrastructure, endpoint management, and cloud-based identity management, and will contribute to technology planning and continuous improvement of IT operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience including infrastructure, systems, networking, and end-user technology.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and IT security best practices.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small IT team.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and competing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user technology operations.
• Lead, mentor, and provide technical direction to a small IT team.
• Administer Windows Server environments and related Microsoft technologies.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID including users, access, and security.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for device management and endpoint security.
• Oversee Cisco Meraki network infrastructure and related technologies.
• Manage and monitor Microsoft Defender and other endpoint security solutions.
• Establish and maintain IT security best practices, access controls, and data protection.
• Monitor systems, networks, and security alerts; resolve issues proactively.
• Oversee backup, disaster recovery, patching, and business continuity processes.
• Manage IT hardware, software, licensing, and assets.
• Provide hands-on support and resolve escalated technical issues.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation and system records.
• Lead IT projects, upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements.
• Assist with IT budgeting, planning, procurement, and vendor management.
• Evaluate new technologies and improve security, efficiency, and user experience.
