Job summary

Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our technology infrastructure, security, and end-user support. This role leads a small IT team and remains hands-on with administration of Windows Server, Entra ID, Intune, and Cisco Meraki.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT infrastructure, systems, networking, and end-user tech experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or IS or related field.
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge and security best practices.
• Experience leading a small IT team.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations and end-user technology support.
• Lead a small IT team with technical direction.
• Administer Windows Server environments and Entra ID.
• Manage Intune for device management and security.
• Oversee Cisco Meraki networks and endpoint security.
