Digital Monitoring Products seeks a hands-on IT Manager to lead daily IT operations, drive cybersecurity, and partner with vendors to maintain reliable systems. You will guide a team, manage budgets, and align technology with business goals.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering improvements across cloud, network, and on-premises infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least four years of experience in Systems Analysis, IT operations, or related field.
• Experience with enterprise software, SaaS platforms, and web-based applications.
• Experience analyzing, documenting, and improving business, systems, and IT processes.
• Experience administering and configuring telecommunications and VoIP systems.
• Experience with mobile device management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT team by recruiting, training, coaching, and providing performance feedback.
• Oversee IT service delivery, help desk, incidents, service requests, and operational issues.
• Manage IT projects from planning through completion with timelines and objectives.
• Lead third-party technology partners and managed service providers (cloud, network, telecom, phone).
• Monitor IT services and infrastructure for performance and uptime.
• Strengthen cybersecurity by implementing security practices to protect systems and data.
• Oversee hardware/software asset management and lifecycle.
• Improve IT processes and documentation for clarity and consistency.
• Analyze and troubleshoot IT systems and processes to identify root causes.
• Coordinate initiatives involving systems integration, data, wireless, security, and telecom.
