Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking an IT Business Support Analyst / IT Intake Coordinator for a 2-month contract with potential extension. This position is 100% remote but requires residence within a drivable distance of Dallas, TX, and follows a 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CST schedule, Monday to Friday.

You will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, triaging requests related to enterprise applications and systems, coordinating with Enterprise Architecture, and supporting governance,

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise applications, business systems, or IT operations.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Review, triage, and coordinate incoming requests related to enterprise applications, systems, and technology initiatives.
• Work closely with Enterprise Architecture and technology leadership to assess requests and understand potential business and technology impacts.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project resources.
• Coordinate meetings, gather requirements, and support follow-up activities related to new requests and ongoing initiatives.
• Assist with application portfolio management activities and technology governance processes.
• Support documentation efforts, including process flows, system diagrams, and high-level architectural documentation.
• Track requests, action items, and project-related information across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Help ensure requests are routed appropriately and addressed in a timely manner.
• Provide administrative and operational support for technology planning and enterprise architecture functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement efforts and operational initiatives.
