Genesis10 is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for a 12+ month contract with a Global Financial Institution, located in Plano, TX (or Charlotte, NC, or Pennington, NJ). You will coordinate IT intake, lead requirements gathering, and bridge business needs with technical teams in an enterprise setting.

Responsibilities include defining solutions with stakeholders, managing incoming work, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and ensuring clear acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent four-year experience in a related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, working with business partners to elicit requirements and analyze processes.
• 2–3 years of technical experience/read BAU code and existing application functionality.
• Experience with IT intake, demand management, forecasting or similar processes.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver solutions that meet business objectives with IT and business stakeholders.
• Lead requirements gathering and liaison between technology teams and internal customers.
• Manage incoming work through the intake process from engagement to development transition.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and backlog activities as needed.
• Ensure acceptance criteria and test plans align with documented requirements.
