Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC in Irving, TX is seeking a dedicated Support Desk Engineer to be the on-site Tier II resource for a major client. You will own tickets from intake to resolution in ConnectWise PSA, perform imaging, and address desktop issues and light networking across local locations.

The role offers ownership of a key client relationship, exposure to a variety of technologies, and clear advancement paths within a rapidly growing MSP.

Qualifications

• Tier 2 skills across desktop, imaging, light networking, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated onsite Tier 2 engineer for a major client.
• Resolve escalated desktop and remote support issues.
• Handle imaging, light networking, and systems troubleshooting.
• Travel between client locations across the local market as needed.
• Own tickets from intake through resolution in ConnectWise PSA.
• Document solutions and strengthen the knowledge base.
• Collaborate with Tier 3 engineers and technical account managers.
