About the Opportunity
Global technology infrastructure organization, is seeking an IT Business Support Analyst to join its Enterprise Architecture and Technology team. In this role, you'll serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping evaluate, coordinate, and support requests related to enterprise applications, systems, and technology initiatives.
You will act as an Intake Coordinator for technology related requests, ensuring that requests are being triaged in an accurate and timely manner, understanding the nature of the requests and their overall impact on enterprise architecture.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, triage, and coordinate incoming requests related to enterprise applications, systems, and technology initiatives.
- Work closely with Enterprise Architecture and technology leadership to assess requests and understand potential business and technology impacts.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project resources.
- Coordinate meetings, gather requirements, and support follow-up activities related to new requests and ongoing initiatives.
- Assist with application portfolio management activities and technology governance processes.
- Support documentation efforts, including process flows, system diagrams, and high-level architectural documentation.
- Track requests, action items, and project-related information across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Help ensure requests are routed appropriately and addressed in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative and operational support for technology planning and enterprise architecture functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement efforts and operational initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise applications, business systems, or IT operations.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience supporting technology governance, intake processes, project coordination, or business operations is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Experience creating process documentation, workflow diagrams, or system documentation using Visio or similar tools.
- Experience with Smartsheet or comparable project tracking platforms.
- Exposure to enterprise architecture, application portfolio management, or technology planning processes.
- Prior experience supporting large enterprise technology organizations.
Work Environment
- Candidates must reside within reasonable commuting distance of the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
- Standard business hours, with preference for candidates located in the Central Time Zone.
