Job summary

Prudent Technologies and Consulting is seeking an IT Business Support Analyst for a remote, 1 year contract with possible extension or conversion. CST or EST time zones preferred to align with teams.

You will manage ServiceNow tickets related to system integration and lifecycle, assist with data migration from legacy to forward systems, and collaborate with IT, SE&D, Operations, and vendors to improve system performance and drive cross-functional solutions.

Day to Day:

1. Managing tickets related to system integration issues, life cycle to development related.
2. Assist with data migration from legacy to forward systems.

Key focus areas:

• Managing ServiceNow tickets tied to system integration and lifecycle/development issues
• Supporting data migration and platform consolidation efforts
• Collaborating across IT, SE&D, Operations, and vendor teams
• Monitoring system performance and contributing to ongoing improvements
• Providing support beyond a traditional helpdesk level (strong critical thinking and problem-solving)
• Complementary Skills:
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for tracking, analysis, and reporting
• Experience providing IT support beyond helpdesk-level functions, with exposure to enterprise systems
