Job summary

Allego, a Boston-area SaaS company, seeks a Sr. Manager, IT Services to lead Allego’s corporate IT across a global employee base.

You will own end-user computing, SaaS apps, identity management, hardware and asset management, vendor relationships, IT budgeting, and day-to-day employee support. This hands-on role partners with security/risk governance and business leaders, defining a scalable IT function as Allego grows.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in corporate IT or IT operations.
• Experience in SaaS/technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Own Allego’s corporate IT environment end-to-end, incl. end-user computing and IAM.
• Manage networking and connectivity, cloud-first strategy, and MSP/vendor coordination.
• Oversee IT budgeting, licensing, contracts, and asset management.
• Lead IT projects from planning through implementation and support.
• Support security, risk, audits, and business continuity activities.
