Job summary

Advocate Health is offering an IT Internship within the People & Culture Workforce Development department. The program runs May 31, 2027 through August 6, 2027, with up to 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri during business hours.

This is a remote position available to residents in listed states, including Indiana. Interns will learn IT functions such as configuration, implementation, support and maintenance of applications to meet organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as Incoming Junior, or Senior at an accredited college or university.
• GPA of at least 2.5.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve IT issues encountered by the department.
• Support IT team in hardware, software, and system maintenance.
• Assist in developing and testing new desktops, servers or applications.
• Record and track interactions with customers via the Service Desk KPI.
